DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
As soon as your purchase is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order, in case you do not see it in your inbox, look for it in the spam / spam folder. (If you did not receive the purchase confirmation email, contact our customer service department email@example.com)
Once the purchase confirmation email has been received, your order will be processed for its management and departure the next day (except weekends and holidays). When this is not possible, we will contact you to inform you of the reason and the estimated delivery time.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a new e-mail informing you of the tracking number ("tracking" number) and the carrier that will deliver it, it will be delivered to you within a maximum period of 72 hours.
Inform you that in some cases it is possible that due to the availability of the item your order will be shipped from different logistics centers. If that happens, the items you will receive may arrive in multiple shipments.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
FREE shipping on purchases over 30€ for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
For purchases under 30€ the shipping costs are 3.50€
For international shipments, the chart above indicates the costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Due to the current situation, shipping methods and delivery times may vary.
Once you receive the order confirmation email, it will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days.
During sales and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
When your order leaves our warehouses you will receive an informative email with the tracking no. of the carrying company so that you can verify the status of your order via their web.
You can also track your order from the "My orders" section of your account and click on the tracking link.
FORMS OF PAYMENT - WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT?
You can purchase on-line using any of the following systems:

IS MY ONLINE PURCHASE SECURE?
At Mi & Co we work with the maximum possible security measures for the processing of your purchases. Our payment gateway uses a “safe payment” system, the coded exchange of data, using an SSL protocol of up to 256 bits and direct communication between the customer and bank when paying by means of a bank card. In this way nobody unconnected with the bank can discover your card data, not even our own staff have access to these data.
WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE MI&CO E-SHOP?
All of the products acquired at the Mi&Co E-Shop are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the length of time stipulated by current legislation. We have an after-sales service designed to resolve whatsoever problem you may encounter with our articles or shipments, through which we offer our customers rapid and effective attention. The guarantee for products acquired from the MI&CO E-Shop excludes replacement for, among others, the following reasons:
- -Deterioration of the product due to misuse.
- -Deterioration of the garment as a result of stains caused by aggressive products (bleach, stains/dyes, etc.).
- -Deterioration of the garment due to washing it with an inappropriate detergent.
- -And, in any case, whenever the damage or deterioration of the products sold by Mi&Co has occurred for reasons unrelated to the manufacturer or to Mi&Co.
The guarantee of the products sold at the MI&CO E-Shop will compensate for any inconveniences caused to the users/customer by either shipping a new product free of charge or by returning the price paid.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND IT HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED?
Bear in mind that orders are usually shipped within 24 hours following purchase and, as a result, could you please inform us by email or phone with regard to whatsoever cancellation o¡r modification that you may wish to make within the said 24 hour period.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SIZE OR THE MODEL IN THE ORDER RECEIVED OR RETURN IT?
Our goal is that each client is completely satisfied. If for any reason (size, color, ...) when you receive your order, you are not satisfied, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to return it as long as the following conditions are met:
-The product must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of the same size and capacity.
-It must be delivered to our offices within 30 days from the date the order was received.
-It is only possible to process returns of products purchased in Mi & Co EShop.
If it is a change, be it color, size or model, you must make a return and make a new online purchase.
We accept returns and exchanges of products when, for instance, you do
not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. Under these
circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You should consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned
item and MI&CO cannot be held responsible for articles that are lost or damaged during transport.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Very easy. Once you have received your order, you have 30 calendar days to make the return.
The return price is 3.50€ You can manage the return through your private user area, in the "Changes and returns" section.
The transport costs will be discounted from the amount of your refund.
The steps to request a pickup are as follows:
From your account, in the "Changes and returns" section, select the items you want to return and indicate the reason for the return. Then click "Request refund".
When you request the return, we will redirect you to the website of our transport company (IMPACKTA) to confirm your address and pick-up date. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming the collection.
PREPARE YOUR RETURN
Pack the items you want to return in their original packaging. The garments must be in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels.
DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER
Deliver the closed package to the carrier. He will carry the label corresponding to the return of your order.
Once we receive the package, the amount of the return will be made within 14 calendar days in the same payment method used in the purchase. The transport costs will be discounted from the amount of your refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN: in this case the expenses derived from transportation must be paid to your account. You can make the return through the transport agency of your choice. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. (**) MI&CO aims to show the colors of the garments as closely as possible to reality. However, the color may be subject to variations depending on the lights and quality of the photograph, your computer monitor or other factors beyond our control. If you have any questions about the color of any of our models, contact us.

At the date of receiving your package, you have 14 days to return it.
We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item.
You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.
If, however, MI&CO has made a mistake regarding your order we will
