How to make a return?

Very easy. Once you have received your order, you have 15 calendar days to make the return.


We offer you the home pick-up service at a cost of 3.50€. You can manage the return through your private user area, in the "Exchanges and returns" section. The transport costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund.


The steps to request a collection are as follows:

1. REQUEST THE COLLECTION

From your account, in the "Changes and returns" section, select the garments you want to return and indicate the reason for the return. Then click on "Request a return".

When you request the return, we will redirect you to the website of our transport company (IMPACKTA) so that you can confirm your address and date of collection. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming the collection.

2. PREPARE YOUR RETURN

Pack the items you want to return in their original packaging. The garments must be in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels.

3. DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER

Deliver the sealed package to the carrier. He will carry with him the label corresponding to the return of your order.

4. REFUND

Once we receive the package, the refund will be made within 14 calendar days in the same payment method used in the purchase. Transport costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund.


INTERNATIONAL RETURN: in this case the transport costs must be paid by you. You can make the return through the transport agency of your choice. We recommend doing it with a certified company since in case of loss or delivery in poor condition of the package, we cannot be held responsible.

Is it possible to change the size or model of the order received or make a return?

Our goal is that each client is completely satisfied. If for any reason (size, color, ...) when receiving your order, you are not satisfied, you have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to return it provided that the following conditions are met:

-The product must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of the same size and capacity.

-It must be delivered to our offices within 15 days from the date the order was received.

-It is only possible to process returns of products purchased at Mi&Co Barcelona EShop.

If it is a change, be it color, size or model, you must make a return and make a new purchase online.

How can I cancel my order if in the end I do not want it and it has not yet been shipped?

Bear in mind that orders are issued within a period of 24 hours following the purchase thereof and, as a result, could you please inform us of any modification to or cancellation of your order by phone during the 24 hours following the placing of your order.


What guarantees do products purchased from the Mi&Co Barcelona E-SHOP have?

All of the products acquired at Mi&Co Barcelona (E-Shop) are guaranteed for the length of time established by current legislation with regard to any manufacturing defects. We have an after sales service for the solution of any problems you may find with our articles or shipments, through which we provide our customers with rapid and effective attention. The guarantee for products acquired at Mi&Co Barcelona (E-Shop) exclude replacement in the following, among other, cases:

  • Deterioration of the product due to misuse.
  • Deterioration of the garment due to stains caused by aggressive products (bleaches, dyes, etc.).
  • Deterioration of the garment due to washing it using an inappropriate detergent.
  • And, whatever the case, when the damage or deterioration of the products sold by Mi&Co Barcelona is due to causes unrelated to either the manufacturer or to Mi&Co Barcelona.

The guarantee for the products sold at Mi&Co Barcelona (E-Shop) will compensate for any inconveniences caused to the user-customer by either sending a new product free of charge or returning the cost thereof.


(**) Mi&Co Barcelona aims to show the colors of the garments as close to reality as possible. However, the color may be subject to variations depending on the lights and quality of the photography, your computer monitor or other factors beyond our control. If you have any questions about the color of any of our models, contact us.
